And he was right on the money.
45 clearly lies without any sense of shame or fear of being called out.

I'm guessing you believe everything he says.
You fall under the category of people described in the #2 reason why 45 lies.

2. Telling a lie aimed only at your core constituency.

45 doesn't care if most of us know he's lying.
He's talking to his core voters, whom he knows will not see any counter argument and may believe him.
